Cellgen Inc. has around the clock accessibility. Our main office is open Monday through Friday 8-5pm; your call will be taken immediately. If your needs occur outside of normal business hours, an answering service will take your call and forward the information to our on-call support staff to respond to your call. Any early call can keep a degrading situation from becoming worse and more costly to repair. Investing in a contract will ensure you a more advanced spot in line. Priority will be granted to contracted customers. Certified Power Generator Technicians are available to service your generator unit should it shut down or display an alarm. Simply call the office and a technician will be dispatched to your location (refer to service contract options).
